Two years of Client data is available on-line

In addition to the data captured in the audit, LINK also identifies the check date, check number, and freight bill reductions and explains the reason for each reduction.

All shipments are audited against your
controls/agreements.

LINK is updated every 20 minutes

Real time access to your data via the LINK provides visibility to issues and an opportunity to correct problems in the early stages.

LINK is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

LINK is a user friendly software tool that enables you to search by pro number or bill of lading number

LINK can also be used as an analytical tool to search for activity by any element, including but not limited to: mode; carrier; accessorial charge; date; pro number or bill of lading; weight; spend; etc, etc.

Freight invoices that have been scanned & imaged (up
to two years on-line) are able to be displayed on-line
and printed (freight bills older than 2 years are stored
on tape / CD and available upon request)

To facilitate the communication with carriers LINK is
also available to them for their specific shipment
activity.
