MOP’s:

Belittles those that don't measure. Measures-of-Performance (MOP’s) tools are designed to provide timely feedback to enable you to measure savings and quickly make adjustments where needed. Monitoring reports are customized to address your specific needs. Some of our more popular reports include:

Weekly shipment report: lists all your shipments and the
pertinent details for each shipping location.
Missed opportunity report: identifies non-compliant shipments and
their associated costs.
Premium report: lists all air and expedited shipments.
Weight break report: provides inbound, outbound and third party
shipments activity by weight breaks (used to measure within mode
and modal shift performance).
Accessorial report: lists in descending order the cost and number
of shipments for each accessorial charge.
Carrier summary report: is a running 12 month history (shipments,
weight, spend, average miles/shipment, and average
cost/shipment) of each carriers activity with the client.

MOP’s you want tracked.

Tracking:

To measure overall performance we create your own historical base (based on 1 year of activity). The historical base takes each shipment, by mode, for each lane within that mode. The shipment cost by lane, by mode is then expressed in a cost per hundredweight basis. Once the carrier negotiations have been completed and new carrier contracts are in effect, each shipment is measured against the historical base pricing. The result is a weekly report that identifies each shipments savings or penalty. This tracking tool enables quick identification of shipping problems, by plant, by shipping lane. The weekly report will provide a true reflection of the transportation savings (or cost) so there are no budget “surprises” at year end.

All reports are provided on-line to ensure timeliness and ease of distribution. You are able to easily create ad hoc reports on
